We Love Your Pets!

Wagging tails are always welcome here.  The team at The Flats at Ballantyne has serious pet love.  The great thing is, our pet residents love us right back.  We have created many pet experiences at our community from our Bark Park, where you can take your pet off-leash to enjoy some leisure time, to our Grooming Studio where you can make sure your pet is dapper for all his pet dates. 

Even better, there are endless trails all over Ballantyne for excellent walks and hikes.  We know our residents adore quality time with their best friends, so we have great recommendations for area pet excursions with one of our favorites being the Big Rock Nature Preserve.  The Flats at Ballantyne is surrounded by some of the friendliest and best animal hospitals in the region. Need pet supplies?  Visit the Pet Smart minutes from the property or venture to a more boutique spot, with organic and holistic options for Fido at Pet in the City.  We know you care about your pets manners and obedience skills, so if you want a Trainer Extraordinaire to offer some professional tips you can visit Canine Dimensions.  They also come out to our community if needed!

Up to 2 pets allowed. One-time fee $300.00. Rent $15.00 per pet. Weight limit: Max 100 lbs
